Article 1 – Object
These general conditions define the terms and conditions for booking, cancellation and access to the services offered by the maQam restaurant. They apply to any customer making a reservation or service request to our establishment, whether online, by phone or directly on site.
Article 2 – Acceptance of Conditions
Any reservation or use of maQam services implies full and complete acceptance by the customer of these general conditions. The customer declares that they have read and accepted them without reservation before any order or reservation.
Article 3 – Reservations
Reservations can be made via our website, by phone or directly at the restaurant. They are only confirmed after receiving a validation message from us. In case of unavailability, we ask our customers to please notify the establishment as soon as possible. maQam reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation in case of force majeure or service unavailability.
Article 4 – Cancellation and Refund
Any cancellation request must be communicated in advance. For private events or groups, specific conditions may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking. No refund may be required in case of no-show without sufficient notice. maQam reserves the right to charge any service committed in advance.
Article 5 – Responsibility
maQam undertakes to provide a quality service, respecting hygiene, safety and comfort standards. However, the establishment's liability cannot be engaged in case of force majeure, inappropriate customer behavior or external events affecting the proper conduct of the service.
Article 6 – Intellectual Property
All visual elements, texts, photographs, logos, menus, as well as the interior architecture of the place, are the exclusive property of maQam or its partners. Any reproduction, total or partial, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.
Article 7 – Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts of Casablanca alone shall have jurisdiction to rule.
Article 8 – Modifications
maQam reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time, in particular according to the evolution of its commercial policy or its legal environment. Customers are invited to regularly consult the latest version in force on our website.
